3. User Responsibilities

• You will use WiseSender only for lawful, consent-based communication with your customers.
• You will not send unsolicited messages or spam through WhatsApp.
• You will ensure that all contact data uploaded is collected with proper user consent.

4. Data Processing

WiseSender acts as a technology platform that enables WhatsApp messaging. Message data and metadata are processed via Meta’s infrastructure.

5. Suspension or Termination

WiseSender reserves the right to suspend services if Meta or any authority determines that your WhatsApp usage violates their terms or applicable law.

6. Limitation of Liability

WiseSender is not liable for any downtime, delivery failures, or API changes enforced by Meta.

7. Updates

We may revise these terms from time to time in compliance with Meta’s policies and applicable regulations.
