Vendor Terms and Conditions

These Terms apply to vendors or businesses using WiseSender’s platform to send WhatsApp messages via the Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API.

1. Vendor Obligations

• Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring that their messaging activities comply with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
• Vendors must collect proper user consent before sending any WhatsApp messages.
• Vendors must not use WiseSender for spam, phishing, or any unlawful activity.

2. Data Usage and Sharing

WiseSender processes data on behalf of vendors to deliver WhatsApp messages. Message content, templates, and recipient details may be transmitted to Meta Platforms for processing.

3. Data Privacy and Security

Vendors must handle all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. WiseSender implements industry-standard safeguards but cannot guarantee vendor compliance.

4. Audit and Compliance

Vendors agree to cooperate with any compliance audit conducted by WiseSender or Meta related to WhatsApp Business API usage.

5. Termination

WiseSender reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor access for policy violations, misuse, or non-compliance with Meta’s terms.

6. Liability

Vendors acknowledge that WiseSender acts only as a technology provider and not as a messaging party between vendor and end-user.
